Photo Op

Well I just love how this dress of Katies turned out. She just looks so cute in it. Then Leo wanted to pose for a picture and it just turned out so good too. Well, we had quite the fun this morning before church.

Busy busy

Well, I realised this morning that I have 2 months left till we see Hugh. I am very excited. But then at the same time I realise that I only have 2 months to make my dress for the formal. I still need to make a practice dress to be sure that I have the righ tsize and I can get the 2 patterns to match up right. I do hope everything turns out good. At the same time of thinking about this I am planning Katies 4th birthday party. We are doing the works, friends, cake and Ice Cream, pinata, pin the tail. I do hope it turns out good too. Those pictures are to come after the party. I know Katie is excited. She keeps saying she is ready to clean up her toys so her friends can come for her birthday. We are doing her party before her birthday because one of her friends is moving 2 days before her birthday. I know she would be dissapointed if her friend didnt come. I was even telling my Mom that this friend had to be there because she is Katies best friend. Katie then turned and said "are you talking about Kelly?" I said yes and it was settled that the party date had to be changed. So it is comming up sooner than I had originally planned. Along with those 2 items both kids are sick and I am praying they will be better before Sunday so we can go to church. I don't like to miss because I teach the youth sunday-school. Well thats my week in a nut shell. I hope everyone else is doing good.

Hugh is doing good. He likes OCS ok. It is nice that we can talk on the phone more.

Dance Dance Revolution Toddler Style

Leo loves music. I know he got that from me. I was listining to my MP3 player and he wanted to listen too. It was great. Everytime I put the ear peice to his ear he would start to dance. When I took it away he would stop dancing. Hope you enjoy!

The other picture is proof of Katies little temper. She threw a block at Leo and in turn spent more that 3 hours on her bed. And now Leo has a bit of a black spot on the side of his face right by his eye.

Ok. That picture was taken right after the incident. It looks worse than that now.

And now that i know how to put a video on I will get a shot of my bird sometime. It is a quiet bird at the moment but he is becoming more relaxed as the days go by.

Helping Hands?

My Dad was doing something under the dishwasher and while laying on the floor Leo was asking if he was ok. It was all so cute. Then it got even cuter when Leo was trying to help. Well he was really just trying to figure out what Grandpa was trying to do.

Bobbi

Bobbi is the newest addition to our little family. I made sure I used the right words with Katie in that it belongs to out family. I knew if I told her it was mine then she would say that she wanted one. And even with my explanation she still says she wants one then I have to remind her that it is our family's.Its a Lutino Parakeet. The Lutino just means it is all yellow. Nothing special. The kids love it. Leo says "Tweet tweet" when he sees it. It is really cute how he does it.
Hugh is doing good. We get to talk a lot more now. It helps a lot.

Lots of reast!

Well I have found a good thing that Katie can do while Leo is taking a nap. It keeps her busy, quiet and she learns how to use the mouse better on a computer. Not to mention that I can take a nap too. I have a game that she LOVES. I don;t know who else has heard of the Petz games but you basically have virtual Dogz and Catz. Katie loves to play with them. She is so into it that I do not have to worry about her getting board with it, and the computer is in my room so I got to take sort of a nap. But it was so good to at least rest. Good news for Katie, GREAT news for me. Well that was all. Happy blogging.

P.S. Hugh is doing good. He has a PT test comming up and then he will start OCS.

2008

Happy New Year everyone. I tryed to find a good picture of the times square ball, but I just wasn't happy with what I found. So I hope everyone enjoys the great 2008. I watched the ball drop then went to bed which was still 11 my time. I do hope you have notmade new year resolutions but have made life changing decisions. Good luck to everyone with their goals. Mine is to be a healthy eater and it will hopeflly lead to weight loss.
