I am so proud of her for not giving up. She has spent many different days trying and trying. And all of the sudden something clicked and she got it!! I am glad she only crashed into a bush once and then got right back up and got back on. She was very persistent. And I spent all of those days following her and doing all of her balancing. Today was the first day that I was doing no work helping her balance, so I just let go and told Katie I had let go and she just went. So exciting!

My sister posted a video of her baby blinking his eyes real cute in a lovingly kind of way, and I noticed Simon did it a lot too. So I thought I would share too. It is really cute!

This is Katies cake. I didn't ever get a picture of her blowing out the candles I guess. I thought I did. But we were manning the video camera as well. She asked for the star cake.

Simon was being cute with a bowl on his head. I just walked in and there it was. It fell off a few times and he kept putting it back on. It was WAY cute!!

I guess that's all I could find for now. I thought I had more. Sorry.

Grateful Sunday

So much to be grateful for this past week. Ok I am not so grateful for the sickness but its just something that happens in life right? So because of the sickness that went around our house it leaves us with me being grateful.

I am grateful for...

*Kids who take being sick very well.

*Katie who helped so much with playing with Simon while Leo was sick.

*Neighbors who came over to give Leo a blessing.

*My kids wanting to help me as much as possible while I was sick (it turned out being more frustrating than helpful).

*Friends who were able to drop what they were doing and watch my kids while I was sick.

*Neighbors who sent their husbands over to give me a blessing.

*The feeling of not being sick anymore!

It was a rough week and I am glad it is over. I have been very blessed this week to have such wonderful friends. I have felt the Love of our Savior in our home so much this week. I am glad we were able to survive it.

Now to move on to a new week with happy healthy kids.

Bawled my eyes out at the end!! Makes out to be a love hate movie. I love it!! But at the same time I hate crying over movies and this one REALLY got to me!! But it was good. Although it reminded me of the movie The Lake House. Another good movie that I am going to be watching again soon.
